Ryhdikäs ja hyvinkehittynyt poni, jolla on erittäin hyvä tammaleima. Pää on ilmeikäs ja kaula on pitkä. Runko on sopusuhtainen. Jaloissa on hyvä luusto ja sääriluut ovat lyhyet. Jalat on sivusta hyväasentoiset, mutta oikea etujalka on lievästi suppuvarpainen. Käynti on tarmokasta, mutta saisi olla matkaavoittavampaa. Ravi on kevyttä, mutta siinä on hieman puutteellinen työntö.
